Precision People are today supporting International Women's Day, and their #Press for Progress campaign regarding gender parity.

With the global activism for women's equality fueled by recent movements such as #MeToo and #TimesUp - now more than ever there is a strong global momentum striving for gender parity.

Precision gender equality facts:-

  • over 50% of our team our female
  • the highest biller last year was female
  • Precision proudly believe in gender parity - all team members are paid based on their experience and success - not their gender
  • bonuses are the equal for both male and female team members

Senior Team Leader Natalie Chapman commented:-

"With just over half of the Precision team being women, we believe it makes for a really balanced mix  - everyone is encouraged to have a voice. Bonuses and pay scales are all based on experience, not on whether you are male or female.

Working hours are tailored to team member's needs; whether they are returning from maternity leave, have a young family to factor in or work full time - we recognise that women have different commitment priorities throughout their career, but that doesn't have to halt them in their progression and development, which we strongly encourage and support them to do. We have a seriously talented bunch of ladies!"

About International Women's Day

The first International Women's Day was celebrated in the 1900's and was started by the suffragettes. International Women's Day belongs to all communities everywhere and everyone can play a purposeful part in pressing for gender parity.
